That's not necessarily true. The spring mix I buy has other greens

besides lettuce, including spinach, raddichio, arugula, chard, and a

variety of lettuces and has considerably more nutritive value than

iceburg. One serving is not much, admittedly, but cumulatively,

eaten a couple of times a day, it adds up.
