IMHO, it sounds more like you no longer need your endocrinologist.

I have an internal medicine man that takes good care of my diabetes and

primary care. He goes overboard on the labs, testing my a1c, cholesterol,

and my thyroid on a regular basis. He then goes over all the numbers with

me and gives me a copy. He also has my blood pressure under excellent

control. I'd hate to add more doctors to handle each of these separately.

He does refer to other docs such as skin cancer specialists and foot

doctors though.
