Just don't do something to change it's mind.....like over doing stuff like taking down all of the Christmas stuff by yourself, or doing a major house cleaning by yourself, or doing any After-Christmas Shopping at a busy store. I am happy to say that over the last week there has been a distinct change in my over all symptoms and I can't help but hope that remission is in the near future once again. Thinking on the positive side, why not! It happened before, why not again! Then with more energy and less pain I look forward to being more active in the awareness end of RSD in this Central Oregon Area if it is my path.
