Depends. Are you only GFCF? If so... Puffins makes a honey rice cereal that's

good (but it contains soy)... also Gorilla Munch (by Envirokidz) is good. My son

also likes cream of rice with some brown sugar added. There is also a GFCF rice

crispy cereal (I've seen it at the HFS). I know there are more out there... but

I can't think of them. Gorilla Munch is the only cold cereal my son eats since

most others contain soy or something else he can't have.

Sometimes you can find millet flakes (rolled millet) or get your HFS to order

it. Look for plain puffed rice (read the label) or plain puffed millet. They

tend to want to add stuff like a barley sweetener to them though.
