Guest guest
Vitamin Water is a " deceptively healthy " beverage. Even though the taste is pretty light, compared to regular juices, it has a lot of sugar in it. Let's see, the one I'm drinking right now has.....13 grams per serving, and the label says it has 2 1/2 servings in the 20 oz bottle. Is that really really bad? Mike in GR, please let me know about this, I'm sure you know. How much sugar (not in natural fruits or anything) should " we " be having/limiting ourselves per day? Hugs, Cathy 310 and waiting till Jan. 5! > > > > I am allowed to have juice, but I can't stand the taste of it now. > It's too > > sweet, like syrup.
