Guest guest
my question as well. I did check with a lawyer handling this lawsuite, or one like it, and was told we had passed the statue of limitations. My son is 14, wasn't diagnosed until 8, and I just recently heard of this connection. We live in AL..... Does anyone know the " next " step for those of us who's time has passed. From what I was told, we had to sign up within 3 years of the onset of symptoms, which was 5 for my son. Didn't matter the DVSM didn't even acknowledge Aspergers until 1994 - 5 years after my son was born or that we couldn't get a Dr. to diagnose until he was 8. At that time they said it was too hard to distinguish before 7/8.... Thanks Barbara suzjorand <ss9876@...> wrote: Is it too late to get in on the lawsuits against the pharm. companies?
