OMG , I cannot believe that anyone calling themselves a health care professional would treat anyone like that. I hope you got names.. I think a letter to the hospital administrator is in order.

I hope you're able to get your pain levels down some and start feeling a little bit better soon.

I am disgusted with the medical/insurance profession these days, Good Drs, good nurses and good insurance people are far and few between. This just adds fuel to the fire.
