Guest guest
I would suggest a good scale for Christmas (or now for New Years). I've noticed that my doctor uses a Tanita scale with printer, the kind that cost 2000 dollars. That price is a little bit to much for me, but they also make personal scales for less. I did order their top of the line BC549 Ironman scale for 150 dollars. That one is really great, not only is the weight right on it also has tons of features. It will calculate your BMI among other items. It has 4 stations you can program for different people with your height, age, sex, and activity level. After weighing it will show various numbers like weight, BMI, muscle mass, water, DCI and more. The same that your doctor uses for evaluating your progress. The scale goes up to 330 pounds, but they also make scales that go up to 900 pounds. For those interested the website is www.tanita.com They also have some interesting publications you can download for free.
