It depends on your yeast protocol, and whether you are monitoring

liver function, and whether your child appears to be having liver

problems.

> Supplements, N-F and PZ. For yeast I used GSE, yeast aid, candex.

You can give GSE until yeast is gone. Be careful tho if your child

has slow Phase I liver metabolism, because GSE can slow it down even more.

So far as I know, you can use yeast aid and candex for as long as you

want.

Yep, it is very nice.

It is usually better to NOT replace it, at least for a few days, so

you can determine if removing it caused an improvement. Replacing it

can mean that he does not tolerate the replacement either.

Yeast aid contains items which will cause problems for your child if

he is lutein/carotene intolerant. Try removing that also.

It has 50 mg or 50 mcg of all the Bs.

>>Why do you think it needed

It was one of the last supplements I was giving her. So I removed it

and she stopped asking the same question over and over.

>>I think is B deficient. Would he need one

> removed while being deficient in others?

This is what I am finding right now with my son. I had him up to ten

B100 capsules per day. Then I added back selenium and he immediately

only needed five B100 per day. But then he started regressing, and I

could not figure out how many B100 he needed. So I went back to my

individual Bs, and removed the B100 and the multivitamin. This is

what I have figured out so far:

B6 [pyridoxine] -- he needs this for hyperactivity, language,

attention/focus, and better sleep.

B1 [thiamine] -- he needs this for his visual stims.

B2 [riboflavin] -- I can't give him ANY of this, otherwise his visuals

come back, loss of language, problems with focus and attention.

B12 [cobalamin] -- I can't give him ANY of this, otherwise he will

start scripting again.

> For the waking-- what are the other things??

Systemic virus issues, B6 deficiency, magnesium deficiency, supplement

intolerance, probably a few more that I am not thinking of right now.

I discovered that B6 also caused him to stop writing letters in the air!!

By keeping a food journal, I noticed that consistently about 24 hours

after eating lamb, my daughter became agitated. I don't know if it

is common for our kids to have problems with lamb, but without the

journal I would never have made the connection.

I know that beef and lamb are in the category?? type in allergy lab

tests. The blood work my son had showed mild allergy to beef and lamb.

It was an Igg and IGe bloodwork test ran by our DAN doc. Just an idea.
