I have read several good success stories about both of them, and a few stories where they did nothing. You can certainly try one or both of them, see if they help your child. I was getting worried. Then when he did go, it wasnt hard like constipation. Today he was super gassy and didnt go till late. Not sure how I feel about it. I am going to try a few more days. Guest guest Posted February 1, 2008 Report Share Posted February 1, 2008 WE had the same experience with threelac. Along with the constipation I saw the traditional die off symptoms. We saw die off symptoms for about 5-6 days and constipation lingered for an additional week. We saw tremendous progress with THreelac. For my son, after three months it started losing its effectiveness and had to change to a different antifungal.
