I didn't visualize cool water. I visualized warm water. Secifically,

the temp of Lake Arrowhead in August at 2pm in the afternoon...That

is where I go before I can empty my thoughts to meditate or start

total realization techniques. Since it is a warm thought... I used

it and it worked...

Now it makes sense.

Up until a couple of years ago, I just gave lip service to the ideas

of intention, visualization, power of positive thinking, whatever

words you care to use.

I don't anymore. I have seen far too many concrete examples of them

in action in that time to doubt them any longer.
