Hi Mike,

I just talked to Kristy on the phone and forwarded your emails to her

for her to read through. She is going to email you directly tomorrow and

fill in the blanks where I cannot. Her scapula are everywhere!

The orthopedist had said that her shoulder was not in at any place. She

says that this PT is trying to relax the shortened muscles and trying to

stretch them so everything can try to move back. She will explain technique

etc when she emails you.

I will look at your suggested techniques as well & hope they can help

me too. My right shoulder is a huge problem since our auto accident in

2002....the arm does not abduct, and I cannot lift or grab if the elbow

isn't into my side, the lower arm is fine. The pain from this shoulder goes

1/2 way down the upper arm medially and sharply into the glenohumoral joint

posteriorly. This shoulder subluxes constantly, and has for 2 years now.

I pray that Kristy's will improve, and still cringe with knowing she

got this DD from me! She is an avid yoga person, and is in school to become

a yoga instructor....with a few positions impossible for her. She is such a

terrific person, a great Mom, and the world to me.

Thank you so much for trying to help her.....

gentle hugs,

Sue J.
