BERnie,

What causes the lightheaded, dizzy, woozy feeling after a hot bath???

I LOVE my baths but lately if I have it at my usualy temperature 9and

in the shower too) I get dizzy and feel sick and like I am going to

faint and get the shakes and feel really woozy and YUCK.

I just put it down to being so tired and fatigued and everything. but

your post has made me wonder if maybe there is more to it. also I

have noticed that whe I change position especially from sitting or

standing to lying down my heart beats so HARD and fast and SCARES me

a LOT.

I have tried to expalin this to my doc's before but they said it (the

heart thingy) was becasue I have mitral regurgitation (it is only

trivial thought)??? but I now WONDER!!!!

Thanx for any help

Sharon
