conference, the Lupus Foundation of PA is presenting an education seminar

" Taking Charge of Lupus " which will be held in Greensburg, PA (about 30

miles east of Pittsburgh - also about 20 miles east on Route 30 of the Irwin

exit of the Turnpike. Cost is $15 for members, $20 for non-members which

includes a continental breakfast and lunch..

Keynote Speaker is Maureen Pratt in the morning session (must be on her way

to NY and stopping here 8-) )speaking of " Taking Charge of Lupus. " Second

morning speaker is Dr. Manzi, Associate Prof. of Medicine at U of

Pittsburgh and Co-director of the Lupus Center of Excellence. In the

afternoon Dr. Haus (Orthopedic Surgeon) will speak on Avascular

Necrosis and Alicja Walczak (Yoga Instructor at the Center for Complementary

Medicine, " movement educator " and " feld synergist " ) will speak on

Movement Therapy.
