Guest guest
Lana, Glad to hear there are some improvements, even if they are slight so far. Hope they continue heading in this direction. I've known for years the right hip is higher than the left..because the one leg is about 3/4 " longer. I've compensated without it causing my back to develop a curvature. {wonder if this is why my knees are so bad??-only a passing thought} Anyhow, last month the therapist at the spine therapy place gave me a 'lift' to use for the shorter leg. It sure makes a difference in how my knees and sacral area feel! but I've been having problems finding them in a store..wonder where I could get one? The adjustment the PT tried for my lower back(different problem-but part of the whole thing I was there for) wouldn't work, because I was too flexible to put the needed opposition to his pressure. But by using polarity it finally made a loud pop, and the gentle " butt muscle " stretches, it went back in on it's own --once the area wasn't so tense and tight. My back is now feeling better than it has in nearly 2+ years. :D I pray you have excellent results too. Because headaches are horrid to have and ones that won't go away or keep returning frequently are the *worst*!!! Keep me posted! Love, CindyH Wisc. ~~~ From: Lana Christensen Well, I'm beginning to notice very slight improvements. (clip) He also said I have one hip about an inch higher than the other, and that it's also rotated forward to quite an extent.
