Guest guest
Hello everyone, my little girl was born with bilateral club feet. On the day she left the hospital we went to see Dr. Klingele at the Children's Orthopedic Center in Columbus Ohio, and after 6 weeks of soft casting and three weeks of rigid casting, and a tenotomy, we went to " Hangar " to get Dennis Brown Splints for her. Well, after the technician saw her and measured her we were told to come back the next day because they had to order the right size. We went back there and he basically handed the shoes and bar to us and said " Here you go. " After getting home we tried like hell to get these damn shoes on and it took us about 1 hour to finally get them to stay on, but she seems to really hate them! She has been crying herself exhausted ever since we placed them on her feet. We are trying to give her some tylenol every four hours but it doesn't seem to be working. Hell, I don't even know if I have these shoes on correctly. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you.
