Desperate w/severe dibilitating neck pain

I'll run out of the meds by Friday).

, I have a thought with the meds. When a script is written one way and

the Dr has you take more that written on the bottle. The next script can

override the first one, as long as it is written different. The next script will

have to read take two every four hours and the pharmacy can have the old script

over rided. I will have the same thing happen this month with Dylans patch. By

the 4th patch the Dr has him change it every 2 days instead of three, so we will

be short too, but the new scipt will be written different. Hope this makes

since.

Sorry I can't help with the neck. I would try massage, polarity, and

acupressure. Cindylouwho.

Did they do an MRI? This really needs to be done to accurately see what is

going on in the connective tissue. MRI's are far more accurate. If this

hasn't been done, call the doctor back and tell him how bad the pain continues

to

be and ask for the MRI.

Hope this helps. You take care.

Hugs,

Sue

You really need to track whether you are having a fever too. It might be

difficult as the Tylenol in the pain med he gave you might mask the fever, but

you still might want to check this and report this to him too! I think it is

significant that you have this severe neck pain and a fever.
