Guest guest
Hi Mike, I was just thinking... Are there acupressure points that can help against sinus and bronchial/lung problems? To loosen things up and get the yucky stuff out. I am on medication, but if this could be a supplement, it would be great... I have had sinus problems for years, constantly, so I guess it is chronic. Never did anything with it though. It is probably a combination of allergies and infections. Last weekend I caught some bug, and now it is really bothering me, most in my chest (bronchitis, hopefully not ending up as a new pneumonia - I have struggled with one for a year, finally got rid of it) but also in my sinuses (is that correct spelling?). I am sure that I at least blow my nose 50 times a day now, probably more, I'm so sore, he-he... Worth a try... It is embarressing, but I still just haven't got to the other mail you wrote such a long time ago. But I just haven't got to sitting down with the anatomy book and your post, going through things one thing at a time... I have been so busy, travelling a lot, lecturing at the college etc. And in between I have been pretty wiped out. It has been one of those times where a good portion of stubbornness is a really good thing. I'm still in the middle of it, I'm having a month with travelling 3 out of 4 weekends, just too much, but... Luckily I have this weekend off, and I plan on doing nothing, just need to rest. Right now I can't even remember what we were talking about re. that thera-stick or what the thingie was called. I saw they have it quite cheap on eBay, maybe I should get one before the summer and just ship it within the US, so I can take it home with me after the conference... I can see many uses for it, also just for plain rubbing when I need that and not to forget scratching my psoriasis (would have to make a home made attachment for it, e.g. cut off the finger of a stretch body scrub glove and pull it onto one of the " balls " on the stick - Mmmmm... Sounds wonderful, should have had it right now!!!)... No, it is sure time to get to bed, it is 1:30 a.m., and I am so tired. When I start really seeing double, one of my eyes keep wandering off, it is sure time to jump in the sack, that's for sure... Good night, Aase Marit
