Guest guest Posted June 21, 2004 Report Share Posted June 21, 2004 Hi, Thanks for the advice, at this morning's appt the bruising had gone and the pressure sores seemed to have almost healed so I think it must have been the tightness of the casts - this last week the casts were intentionally put on looser. The casts are changed every five days (4 days every third cast) - we pushed for this as the hospital normally does 7 day rotations. If they seem tight at the top we can call up and have them changed sooner (which we haven't done yet). At this morning's weigh-in he was another 260 grams heavier so he certainly is growing between castings. We'll see how this week goes...
