Guest guest
Hello. I have been lurking for many months (the information is invaluable) but have not needed to post until now. We have a 6 week old son with unilateral clubfoot treated with Ponsetti method. He had only a mild to moderate deformity and the casting went very quickly. We started using the DBB 5 days ago, but I am finding it impossible to keep on. I'm having to replace it evey 1-2 hours, usually on the clubfoot, but sometimes for both feet. It came off after the doctor first put it on, and also when the orthotist did (both times it was off by the time we got to the car.) Do I need different socks (using Old Navy) or more padding? Buckle more tightly? Thanks.
