First Health ins. denial

Hi everyone,

I have just been informed from Dr. Amstuntz office that are request

for

right hip resurfacing has been denied. My insurance is First Health

and

I was wondering if there is any one out there that has First Health

and

as gotten approval through the appeal process. Also wanted to here

from

any others that were denied from there Insurance company and got

approval after an appeal. Looking for advice.
