I've been identified to the groups on aging and they are helping with many things. However, I still got to stay off-line to get phone calls. I got meals on wheels and now have a social worker. It only took five years. This week has been amazing. The social worker called to know my needs. She was horrified when she wrote the list of my illness and then wanted to know what EDS and AD was. When I mentioned getting to the bank to get rent money today, she offered to take me. Now that was a blessing. I did not know your social worker did this. She says, rent is first.
