Leaving for a few days

Ok guys, just wanted to let you all know I will be going away until Tuesday. I'm going to the Poconos and hope to get some rest there. It's been a rough two weeks. I had a conference with Sebastian's teacher with the principle present. Too much to go into details, that's one of the reasons I was missing a little bit. Sebastian has finals next week, so while we will be resting we will also be studying. It's a shame this teacher happened, and I'm already considering taking Kasper out for fourth grade if she continues at school. She spoiled all the kids very much, not spoil letting them do what they wanted. She spoiled them in a way where they all hate going to school and having anything to do with school work. The second honors for the past three semesters went down the drain, all the hard work as well. I've made all my points to the teacher in front of the principle, about her talking down to the children, saying "shut up" and then expecting they will show her respect. About the fact that there was no rewards system to motivate the kids, all there was punishment, punishment, punishment. It got to the point where the children say "why should I even try, if one kid misbehaves we all get punishes, so I might as well". My points have been made, but whether the school will do anything about her is another story. I know a few other parents also spoke out, but the rest of them are just afraid. AUGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR....... I could go on forever. The biggest surprise I could get at the beginning of the next school year is to find out she's gone. Or at least to be gone in time for Kasper's fourth grade which will happen soon enough. He's in first grade. The worst is all the other teachers are really great. Academically as well as the way they handle the kids. So far they have really instilled the love of learning in my kids, but she had to go and spoil it all.

Anyway, I'm putting myself on no-mail until sometime next week. I would love to catch up with all the messages, but I just know that I won't be able to physically between the finals and everything else. I've also haven't been feeling my best these past few days. A lot of muscle and joint pain, I think I overdid it with planting, and doing work in the yard.
