Guest guest
Okay, Vinny has finally had it with his shoes. Now that he's crawling, he figured out how to pull himself up on his bar and balance. He's even figured how to wiggle along the sofa in the bar. However, he has decided it is considerably easier to cruise the furniture without his shoes on. He is supposed to be wearing the DBB 23/day still. His appointment is Friday, then we expect he'll be given a 6 hour per day allowance. Anyway, I have tightened the strap as tight as I could without slicing his little foot in half and wouldn't you know it... within 5 minutes they are off! Sometimes he unties them, sometimes he doesn't. Every morning we have woken up to no shoes or one shoe. I put them back on and by the time we are at the sitter they are off. When I first joined this group I had to laugh when I read an entry about a mom ready to duck tape the shoes on. I'm finding myself seriously considering this. I have a roll of it at my desk. I'm afraid to bring it home because Little (stinker) Vinny just might find himself with silver sticky feet! What on earth can be done to stop this madness... please answer after you stop laughing hysterically. It's easier to read the type.
