Goju Ryu

Hi Des,

Out of interest, who do you train under, and is it Okinawan or

Japanese Goju Ryu? I am now 3 months post-op, and have been managing

Siunshin for a couple of weeks already, plus other kicking kata. I

couldn't train karate at all for about 5 years pre-op.
