Guest guest
Hi Des, Out of interest, who do you train under, and is it Okinawan or Japanese Goju Ryu? I am now 3 months post-op, and have been managing Siunshin for a couple of weeks already, plus other kicking kata. I couldn't train karate at all for about 5 years pre-op.
