Two comments.

First, I agree with everything you said.

Secondly, regarding your comment " The info Mike will eventually post

will be the least likely to do damage and least likely to cause side

effects and should work at least as well if not better than other

things " - I read it to my wife and she said " talk about no

pressure " ... and then laughed.

The down-side of a lot of the techniquest that I suggest or

recommend is that most doctors/chiros/osteos/PTs/LMTs etc DON'T know

how to do them. They are not taught as part of the basic course

structures. And depending on how much the individual practitioner is

into alternative therapies, many of them either will not even know

about them or will have the skeptical mind-set that they don't or

can't work if they have heard of them.

The up-side is that many of the most effective ones are also things

that someone can easily learn to do themself to either self-treat or

work on family members.
