Guest guest
Hello all. For my boys, I use KAL Acid-Free C-Powder, ingredients are: Calcium as Calcium Ascorbate, Vitamin C as Calcium Ascorbate. The directions are mixing 1 rounded Teaspoon into food or beverage. I have been putting this into capsules along with other supplements for convenience. I did try it in water, there is no taste or fizzing. My question is am I losing the benefits by putting it into a capsule or is the end result the same? They get approx. 1000-1200mg divided into 4 doses. Thanks in advance. God Bless. Tina in NY

Tina in NY I believe the end result is the same. The only thing I can imagine where it would not be the same is if for some reason someone was not digesting the capsule. But the capsules are intended to be easily broken down, so I hope this would not be an issue. good wishes, Moria
