Older kids with bigger feet?

Hi everyone! Gavin is now 2, and will continue to be in the boot and bar at

night for a couple of years. His bar length is now at 14'' (the longest setting

on

his adjustable bar) and I'm sure this won't be long enough over time. Since

it's time to look into getting a new one, I thought I'ld ask what type of bars

people prefer for older kids / bigger feet. (Adjustable vs. non? How long do

they come?) Also, I'm curious about these shoes -- do they come in

larger sizes as well? Where can one find out about them? Thanks! (Rita)
