You have to realize how this listserv works. Not all people log on to Yahoo

and look at individual posts. Some get the mail forwarded individually to their

own mailboxes and other get whats called a digest version - a grouping of up to

25 mails in one email.

Your email says it was sent on 3/31 at almost midnight and your second one

was sent 4/1 at about 8am. The digest containing both mails wasn't even put

together by the server and sent out till about 2 hours after you wrote your last

message, 10am. I pulled mails about 7am yesterday, before this digest was sent

out so I didn't receive the mails till 4/2 at 7:30am.

I do not know what the lag was for individual forwarded mails. But even

with individual mails you were looking at overnight hours for a lot of people.

Just want you to know that just because no one answers right away doesn't

mean know one cares or is bored or whatever. Some times things work out that

people can respond right away other times there can be a lag most times it's in

the middle somewhere.

I hope things went well with your lawyer. I'm not sure what your lawyer

asked for or what is going on. Is he going to use this as part of a disability

case? Whatever is happening I wish you the best of luck.

So again just wanted you to know how the listerv works and that we do care,

even though it may take us a while to respond to a post :-)
