Guest guest
Hello I know how you feel with the waiting for the casting to be over with! I must say...Baby's (and children) are amazing! I was really ready to have a grouchy fussy whiney boy on my hands...To my surprise he was just a little fussy, and then he was just fine!! These cast's are on both legs all the way up past the knee and close to the thigh...so walking looks like it would be painful. But, he has found out that he can crawl just fine!!! I was just getting use to not having to climb over baby gates...heheheh! Other then waking up every so often because he has trouble finding that comfort spot, He has been really a good boy. So, I hope that your sweetheart Evan, has the same reaction to the cast's. Is he getting both feet casted? I now think it was best to have him under to put them on, because he is so comfortable, and it gives the Dr. time to make sure the casting is just right. I heard if there are creases the cast's will hurt them.(not sure if that's the cast material, or the leg skin)So, all is going well, and if you have any questions...Don't hesitate to ask!!! I do know the lost feeling your in right now:) Aloha, Carole
Guest guest
Hi Carole, I'm so glad that Kris has responded well to the casts- it makes it that much easier. I may have missed it- will he need more than one set? Great to hear of his progress, - Kris in Hawaii/the re-casting Hello I know how you feel with the waiting for the casting to be over with!
