" My father started smoking in the army in his late teens early 20's and smoked for 10 years. He then quit and didn't smoke again for over 30 years. During those 30 years of non-smoking he said now and again he'd get a craving for one. He started smoking again about 5 years ago, figuring the damage build up would take longer than his projected life span so why not go out doing what he enjoyed! So for some there is the possibility the occasional craving will be a part of your life. But as with everything else, everyone is different. I hope for you both, Mark and , that your cravings dissapear altogether! Hugs, B. HEDS, New Jersey, USA
