Guest guest
One of the things I did -- and do, periodically, to keep my paperwork up to date -- was keep a pain journal. For a week, I carried a little notebook around, and documented EVERYTHING that could possibly be a result. Every twinge and subluxation, connected to a time and date. It made the difference with a couple of doctors; it convinced ME that I was in denial; and excerpts went in with my SSDisability application, and I'm sure were instrumental in my not having to go through a physical or hearing. It still serves a purpose; when I did a three-day stretch in January, I was surprised to find out that my ribs were MUCH more of a problem than I'd thought.
