; Dunno. I read that off the Co-Cure list; perhaps they can tell you

if you go to their site

>Hi ,

You can contact the nearest medical library, and ask them to send you

a copy of the article. At top of the article you find this info which

you need to give to the library:

Clinical evidence for cervical myelopathy due to Chiari malformation and

spinal stenosis in a non-randomized group of patients with the diagnosis of

fibromyalgia.

Eur Spine J. 2004 Apr 9 [Epub ahead of print]

Heffez DS, Ross RE, Shade-Zeldow Y, Kostas K, Shah S, Gottschalk R, Elias

DA, Shepard A, Leurgans SE, CG.

Heffez Neurosurgical Associates SC, 12th Floor, 2900 North Lake Shore

Drive, IL 60657, Chicago, USA.

PMID: 15083352

You can do a web search for the nearest medical school and see if you

find an e-mail address to their library there, so that you won't have

to call them. If the library is close to where you are, you can also

go to the library.

I have ordered many articles over the years. At first they just sent

me things, but at some point they asked me to register as a customer,

and they started billing me for the copies. So you may need to pay a

bit for it. You can also do such things on line, but I have not found

any such service which is totally free.
