Guest guest Posted August 13, 2004 Report Share Posted August 13, 2004 My son has been undergoing casting by Dr. Ponseti for the past 4 weeks. We have just found out at our last casting that he is going to need surgery. 2 procedures will be preformed. the lengthening of the heel chord as well as the posterior ligaments. This will require at least one overnight stay at the hospital for him. I am familiar with the heel chord, but not the other. Has anyone had that done and can tell me more about it? Thank you so much!
