Sit on her right side - gosh, I'd squish her (just kidding I know

what you mean)

put my left hand under them with the tips of my fingers

Well, I'm going to play around with some of the energy - when that

old psoas goes into spasm, it hurts and the dear little daughters

don't want me to touch it - the call what I do torture!

Great idea! I hadn't thought of that - if you can't get the sucker

to relax and stretch, just sit on it and flatten it out.

As for the energy aspect, no, I haven't tried that particular

technique for the Psoas. On the other hand, I have no reason to

believe that it wouldn't work. I have been able to get other

muscles to release with energy so I don't know why the Psoas would

be any different.
