Chowder

Here in La.

we called it soup instead of chowder...and yes I am cajun,

but I cannot cook a stick. I brought two

quarts of shrimp to campus

today for my friend to make this for us for dinner

tomorrow...

Corny Shrimp Chowder

2 stalks green onions

1 medium white onion

1 stick of butter

2 cups of shrimp

1 can diced Rotel tomatoes

I 8 oz block of Velvetta (use additional 4 oz. for

thicker sauce.

1 pint half and half

1 pint of whipping cream

3 cans of corn.

Saute onions in butter. Add shrimp and cook

down until onions are

clear. Add all other ingredients.

Spice to taste. Eat...

You can also add two tablespoons of dried parsley

flakes and one cap

full of liquid crab boil to give it a kick.

I cooked this tonite. It was very

good. Me and my weenie dog rudy ate

it. I ate two bowls and rudy ate one...bonne

appetite. chippy
