Guest guest
Just to let everyone know I now have a doctor who has seen first hand the shot connection in my son. It took about a year to see her turn around and change her mind but I know her personally and I think that had a lot to do with it. She now refers several children out for diagnosis and has no problem with special request. I will tell you she still gives the shots but does not give any parents a hard time about the shot release for school, and won't argue about not giving shots. My o.b.g.y.n. has now refused shots for his own child after seeing what happened to mine and he also goes to this doctor so he might have had an effect on her. My regular g.p. gave his own shot the d.p.t. shot and his son had a sever reaction to it and is autistic(real bad) had he has had to live with that. He will not give any of his children shots and he also knows her. Long story short this is a small community of people in Inverness and word of mouth travels fast and hurts your business, I responded to this to let you know there is hope out there, protection of all children comes a price to the others. I use a star trek show to explain how most doctors feel,Spoke said to Captain Kerk, " the need of the many out weight the need of the few. Guest guest
I have these same thoughts....My own son's HMO doctor said to me in 1993 (1 yr after my son came down with autism): " I am starting to see so many kids coming into my office with autism - I didn't see this in the past. " What I want is a good survey from doctors asking them: When did you notice an increase in autistic children coming into your offices? What discussions did you have about such in your monthly staff meetings? What did you do about it? Did you report it to a governing agency? Did you notice a trend in children that had used antibiotics (like amoxicillan) for earaches? JUST WHERE WERE THEIR ETHICS IN THIS EPIDEMIC? In my job, we look for trends in financial matters and take action....are kids and illness trends less important???????-- Aly > This might sound weird but how many pediatricians, GPs know or > strongly suspect a link between vaccines and autism? Guest guest
Hi , The gov't did a study by asking the HMO's to report on the kids coming down with autism a few years ago. R
