To loosen things up and get the yucky stuff out. --------------- Absolutely. There are points specific for sinus problems, allergies, hay fever, colds, breathing problems, immune system strengthening, etc. I can't remember whether you ever picked up a copy of Gach or not for reference. Doesn't matter at the moment. Hit me with a bit more detail on specific symptoms and severity of each and I will check some of my other books as well.
