Hi, I'm Sonji and I've tried WW several times in the past. I'm

noticed this group because of the word Serious, because I'm

serious now. I've started to think healthy lifestyle, not

diet, and that makes a difference. I know from reading some of the

posts here that even after I attain my goal weight, I'll be counting

points, a way of life I can live with. I started this time with 70

lbs. to goal weight, and I've lost 7.5, including three at weigh-in

this morning. I do a one-mile a day walk, at least five days a

week. I've been doing it for two weeks, and it has made a

difference. I'll up my exercise routine slowly as I take off the

weight.

I've gotten some inspiration from reading the tips and especially

the recipes. Thanks.
