I'm noticed this group because of the word Serious, because I'm serious now. I've started to think healthy lifestyle, not diet, and that makes a difference. I know from reading some of the posts here that even after I attain my goal weight, I'll be counting points, a way of life I can live with. I started this time with 70 lbs. to goal weight, and I've lost 7.5, including three at weigh-in this morning. I do a one-mile a day walk, at least five days a week. I've been doing it for two weeks, and it has made a difference. I'll up my exercise routine slowly as I take off the weight.
