And I am feeling a little frustrated. I lost 5.8 the first week, and

I knew logically not to expect that sort of loss this week. But I

stayed in my points, did not use any flex points and increased my

exercise and GAINED 0.2 this week. I know that small amount could

simply be due to something as insignificant as a different lunch (I

refuse to starve myself on weigh-in days, I did that last time around

and it was not healthy for me) or even different clothes...but it was

frustrating. I was expecting to maintain or lose; the gain (even

though very small) was hard to take. It took every ounce of will

power not to hit the drive thru on the way home.
