Guest guest
I agree , but if some folks are having trouble with the successful addition of activity points, sometimes its good to figure out how much activity one does in a day and count those points. A little success in the beginning, and then as they progress, they can add activities and stop counting the basic ones, the initial " walking the dog, " and add the second walk and count that. I could count a lot of points just from my pedometer (even though I'm not supposed to do repetitive walking because of my feet) but I don't because my heart rate doesn't get high enough that way. I only count overt attempts at activity. But I am active every day, including my planned work outs. By the way, I will be updating the Presidents Challenge today. This is a reminder for those who might have forgotten to update their activities. 4 APs: how hard IS it? Just wanted to comment, because I find it VERY hard to get 4 APs a day, without spending a lot of time exercising....I'm looking at my Points Booster slide rule, and for my weight, I'd have to do 116 minutes at light 83 minutes at moderate Or 33 minutes at high Personally, I can't last very long at a high intensity, and don't prefer doing high intensity.I prefer moderate...but 83 minutes? Sheesh.... Anybody else having this dilemma? ~~
