This sound good. I do have flat feet. I like to go barefoot. But it seems

that my shoes flatten my feet. Then, when I go for my local walk to the store I

am so conscious of foot and ankle pain after just one or two minutes. Each and

every step hurts like heck. It is the ankle joint and arch joints. My foot

tends to bend too far forward. I hope you know what I am trying to explain. We

EDSers can bend our thumbs to our wrists. Having feet that bend to much IN is

the pits :-<. I find myself counting my steps to forget the pain on the walk to

the store. [My walk to the store is up hill and that makes it worse IMHO.] In

the store walking slowly I am okay. Then there is the walk back home.

Sometimes, I have to stop and rest. The pain will subsides and I then continue

until I

get home. Later, resting is when another type of foot pain might kick in. It

is then I think my BP is down.

Here is what is so silly, I used to wear arch supports always. Now, I only

think about it when I am out walking. I suppose I do need those arch supports.

The support in my really REALLY old sports shoes is gone/flat. Translation, I

need new shoes or at least some arch supports :-D.

Thanks. Caro
