Visit to Dr. Ponseti - Need Information-Urgent

Dear All,

I am planning to visit Dr. Ponseti by next week for karen foot as her

doctor is sure that she doesn't have atypical clubfoot however Dr.

Ponseti is doubting that she might have it. So i will go to Dr.

ponseti to finalize this debate. Could anyone tell me how to schedule

an appointement. I am new here in the united states so when i searched

for tickets, i found a lot of chcago airports, so could anyone tell me

which Chicago airport i should arrive at to reserve the ticket and

also how to reserve aa room at Mcdonalds place and if there is no

availability which hotel is near to his Hospital.

What should i take with me in case i stayed at mcdonalds.

I am so confused so could anyone give me enough information if he has

gone this trip before. I am in Irvine-Orange county
