When baking chicken in the stove what type of baking pan is best? Is

there different type of baking pans like metal or glass? Also what

do you line the baking pan with, is it wise to use aluminum foil or

will that go into the chicken?

I agree, glass or quality stainless. Aluminium should never be used

as it will get transfered to the chicken or anything else you cook in

it. You should not cook in it drink out of it or store food in it.
