Guest guest Posted March 8, 2004 Report Share Posted March 8, 2004 Okay, just picked up my perscription (not a fun task that was let me tell you!) and the actual name of the perscription is mexilentine. It is used for irregular heartbeats and I havent been able to find any information about it being used in pain management. Anyone know anything? What type of side effects could I be looking at? I usually have a fairly high pulse rate (today it was 100 after sitting for a while), will this cause problems?
