I hope it is something as simple as a cold ..

just be sure you tell your other work mates that you feel like crap

and to keep their distance ..

and if you share work space items like the phone or a computer ..

please use alcohol or Lysol spray after using them ..

no since getting everyone else sick too.

(hot tea with lemon and honey is the best for sore throats)

You can also buy a throat spray that will numb the pain a bit ..

just be careful you dont over use it.
