Guest guest
I just received my last post and noticed that it was all one paragraph Aarrggghhhhhhhhh that isn't the way that I sent it so sorry!! Hi, guys I was just writing privately to a new member this concern came up and I thought that I would post my answer to the group We " oldies " try to mention it occasionally, but sometimes forget to, often enough. Another thing that we try to remind people of periodically, and we sometimes forget to do it often enough. The one real " negative " of the WACMA is that it is NOT a true cross-section of the Chiari community as a whole. The vast majority of people come to it, have surgery, have a good outcome and go about their lives. ( a few of us hang around to help " newbies " <g>) That leaves newly diagnosed people and those with unresolved problems to make up the list population. It can, from this, be easy to perceive that EVERYONE has problems following surgery...but this really isn't the case. Just thought that I should mention it again Take care, Sally R ACM decompression 12 years ago Hydro VP shunt no medications doing well in Bethlehem,Pa
