Guest guest
Hi Kerry Yes, I do mean adding 25 mcgs of T4 to whatever amount of Armour you are taking. Try it for at least 5/6 weeks and if it is going to work, you should notice your aches and pains going. If not, stop the T4 completely and try adding a little T3 instead and see if that works. I don't know why the addition of T4 works for some and for others, it is the addition of T3 that does it. Good luck. How much should I add I wonder? I'm on l 3/4 grains generic Armour. Or did you mean to only add t3? Sure would like to get rid of all my aches & pains if there's a way to do that. Caroline Frustrated Hi Kerry Try adding a tiny amount of T4 (25 mcgs). I have been adding this to my Armour for the past 6/8 months and it took away all my pains. Many other's have tried this too and it has worked for them. Some people need to add a tad more T3 - you have to experiment. It is all a question of getting the balance right.
